•               Combination role of Scrum Master/Lead systems architect, data modeler/ lead programmer for a start-up company that is developing two major product lines.  The first was a behavioral management software for self-management, parent training, and teaching children and adults with ADHD to become productive managers of their own lives.  The second was an emotional health assessment used by pediatricians to improve their quality and thoroughness of service in a shorter amount of time.

•               Used Agile/Scrum/Scrumban methodology to conduct the projects.

•           Solely responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, architecting the database for a flexible solution, architecting the software infrastructure to be scalable and robust, performed market needs analysis, negotiated legal contracts, work with investment bankers, actually developed the asp.net application to the point of going in to beta testing with no outside help.
